Our signature format is a delicious trio: a variety of “folded pasta” with different fillings, shapes and sizes paired with a sauce designed by us, produced using the highest quality ingredients, with the addition of a topping for the final touch. Watch out for our special rotating menus!

RAGUYA

A taste of Italy in every bite. Our slow-cooked beef and pork ragù, simmered for hours with veggies, wine, and tomatoes makes our Raguya the ultimate comfort classic.

PINKY

An experiment with healthy ingredients, now an iconic dish. The creamy, bright pink sauce – a mix of beetroot, ricotta, feta and lime – makes this option unforgettable.

CHEESY

Reminiscent of Cacio & Pepe, our Cheesy combines the strong flavour of Parmigiano with an outstanding ease to digest, offering a rich experience without heaviness.

CHEEKY

Our new sauce with a combination of carrot and ginger, topped with real guanciale will surprise you with its smoky flavour as it surprised us. Deliciously unexpected.

A world of flavours wrapped in Italian tradition. Our special rotating menu delivers an unexpected twist on classic mushroom ravioli by bringing a playful touch of Japan.
